We booked this last min for the WSU homecoming game. All our usuals were sold out or a ridiculous price so we decided to try this Great location since close to Applebees and grocery and a quick drive to WSU We checked in late at 10pm and it was easy and quick. I was just what we needed of the two bags, a desk, I’m a fridge, and TV and chest of drawers. Everything seemed very clean and the beds were comfortable, offering a ton of different pillows We did have a view of a dumpster which wasn’t great but it also didn’t matter because we just literally needed to be at the hotel to sleep and then go about our days. They respected our “do not disturb“ sign and let us check out one hour later One thing we do not like is soft water and it was very soft so of course that makes you feel like you can never get the soap entirely off your body. But then for a few hours it was randomly hard water but then returned to soft water. So I’m not sure what was going on It was great for the price that we paid
We stayed one night. Customer service was great. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is the pillows were too soft.
A thousand stars!! Easy to have our dog, big-ish pool for the kid.. Same parking as a giant Walmart, so perfect so our forgotten toothbrushes. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We stay here once a year...and each year this hotel has done something a little better then the last time we stayed. And so pet friendly. See you next year!
We stayed here over the weekend hoping for a quiet relaxing staycation with our kids. The hotel was full with swimmers and the pool was busy! The staff did an amazing job keeping up with the breakfast, ensuring that the pool was stocked with towels and housekeeping made sure that we had everything we needed. We will stay again and will bring our pups with us too.
This was a two night stay as part of a family visit. The room was clean and comfortable, good parking and excellent customer service. I did not use the pool but it was clean and inviting. Breakfast had a reasonable selection to start your day. Access to the location is a bit tricky from the main street. However, once there parking is plenty. I will stay here again my next visit.
Amazing hospitality and customer service! The pool and hot tub were clean and the plants provided a warm and cozy feeling. Will come again! Bonus points for this very thoughtful gesture! We told them I’d be in town for a special occasion and they made me a heart shaped towel. So sweet!
Very nice accommodations. Clean and comfortable rooms. Your typical breakfast center. Pool and spa, with exercise equipment too.
